Pilates by Jenna

This is a traditional and classical Pilates class that will have you burning in all the right places. This class focuses on core stability, form, and balance. All levels are welcome. Whether you're a beginner or a Pilates enthusiast - you will be offered modifications and variations to suit your needs.

Bea Alexander Pilates

Monday Lunchtime General Pilates (Levels 1 to 3), with Gill Bertram. Small Group Class with In-Person Attendance for focused, personal attention.

Slow Flow

with Ella Hall 

This slow, grounding flow includes calming breath - work, supported stretches, and gentle, mindful movement to soothe your body and settle your mind.  No experience needed. All bodies and abilities welcome.

Yoga for Healthy Aging

Classes designed especially for adults 50 and over. With slow, mindful movement, to support with building balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation—at a pace that feels good.  Whether brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you are welcome here.  Move gently. Feel better. No experience needed—just the willingness to show up.

A form and alignment focused class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body mindfully. Small groups ensure personalised attention for all levels. Walk away feeling strong, energised, and newly connected to your muscles!

Studio Hire

The Edinburgh Yoga Room is available for hire for yoga, pilates and any other body & mind classes.

The space can accommodate 18-20 yoga mats. It is a light and airy space with a beautiful wooden floor and neutral décor. There are ample toilets and changing facilities. The space enjoys undisturbed peace, as it is situated off the main road on a quiet Edinburgh street.
